BISHKEK, May 13 - Sputnik. In Kyrgyzstan, heavy rains and a cold snap are expected, the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies reported, which issued a storm warning. The wind in places will increase to 22 meters per second. From 16 to 19 May, the weather in the country will be unstable - precipitation, thunder and snow in mountain areas are expected. On 17 and 18 May precipitation will be especially strong, in these days it will become noticeably colder.
