Fabulous landscapes of Kyrgyzstan

Description: This tour is designed for people who is interested to see fabulous gorges, lakes, pastures and culture without big physical activities and with staying in comfortable apartments. During tour will be short treks and horseback riding to main places and sights.
1 day, Bishkek – Ala-Archa – Bishkek, up to 150 km
Meeting at Manas airport and moving to Bishkek. Few hours rest in hotel and after lunch driving to Ala Archa national Park. The park, which includes the gorge of the Ala-Archa River and the mountains surrounding it, is a popular destination point for weekend picnickers, hikers, horse trekkers, skiers as well as mountain climbers looking for challenging ice, rock and mixed routes. Walking to Ak-Sai waterfall and back way to Bishkek. Dinner at local restaurant.
2 day, Bishkek – Issyk-Ata gorge – Chon-Kemin, up to 170 km
We will visit Issyk-Ata gorge, which is famous with old sanatorium, which was started at 1891 year, and it has long history. Walking around sanatorium and walking to waterfall. Further, we will drive to Burana tower. The tower, along with grave markers, some earthworks and the remnants of a castle and three mausoleums, is all that remains of the ancient city of Balasagun, which was established by the Karakhanids at the end of the (XI - XIII вв.) century. Arriving to Chon-Kemin village, dinner and accommodation in Ashu guesthouse. It’s a unique place where Kyrgyz traditions harmonize with high level of service.
3 day, Radial trekking to Kol-Kogur lake
We are making radial trekking to Kel-Kogur Lake, which is hidden deep in Kungei Ala-Too Mountains. The nature around Kol-Kogur is untouched and natural, there are forests of fir and there living wild animals such as Turkestan lynx, marals, and golden eagles. We will cross-river by horses in the beginning and continue our trek by walk or by horses (optional), it is isolated lake and possible to get only by foot. Arriving to lake, picnic and return back to Ashu guesthouse.
4 day, Chon–Kemin – Semenov gorge – Karakol, up to 350 km
Moving to Semenov gorge, which is located on the north Shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. After arriving to valley radial trekking to Sut-Bulak lake. Picnic at the picturesque lake and continue our trip to Karakol. After arriving short city tour in Karakol. Accommodation hotel 3*.
5 day, Karakol – Altyn-Arashan – Karakol, 70km
We will visit beautiful valley “Altyn Arashan”. The Russian 4wheel car will bring us to Altyn-Arashan valley by impassable but very beautiful route along Terskey Ala-Too, half road we will walk through picturesque gorge. This valley is praised by tourists from all over the world. Altyn-Arashan is located 30 km away from Karakol. We will take hot bath with radon water and excursion to wild hot springs. Back way on car to Karakol and dinner at local restaurant. Accommodation in hotel 3*.
6 day, Karakol – Djety-Oguz – Tamga, 160 km
We are visiting popular gorge Djety-Oguz that means Seven Bulls. Most famous sight of that place is Seven Bulls and Broken Heart rocks. We will walk for panoramic view of mountains and continue our trip to Lady’s Plat waterfall located at Kok-Jaiyuk valley. Lunch in yurt camp Golden Yurt. Dinner and accommodation in guesthouse in Tamga village.
7 day, Tamga – Fairytale canyon – Son-Kul lake, 300km
We will visit great Son-Kul Lake where you can feel spirit of nomads. Before that visit Fairytale canyon located on south shore of Issyk-Kul lake. Amongst the weird rock formations, there is a ridge, which resembles two walls of fortification, something like the Great Wall of China, rising vertically out of the surrounding sandstone. In summer some of the local people who live in the villages, leave their homes to go up to the green and luscious meadows of Son-Kul lake. Here during the warm summer months, they graze their cattle in the summer pasture live and in small farmsteads, which are called jailoo. You could see rest of real nomads only Son-Kul Lake, men all day long they ride horses and graze the cattle, which they collected from close villages. Women taking care of children and do housework: clean, cook, bake bread, make delicious butter and other dairy products from cow and horse milk. In the summer pasture, almost all the food is of natural, local products: meat, milk, butter and airan (local yogurt). Here you can see a lot of horses that graze and breed on their own. These noble animals are a particularly nice fit into the Alpine-like meadows. Accommodation and dinner at Yurt camp on Son-Kul lake.
8 day, Son-Kul lake – Kyzyl Oi village, up to 150 km
We will have 3 hours horseback riding to top of mountain in order to see panoramic view to Son-Kul lake and then after lunch we proceed further to Kyzyl-Oi village via Kara-Keche pass, which is on the altitude of the 3384m. This pass is popular for cyclists and off-road lovers. Kyzyl-Oi is a mountain village located at the altitude of about 1800 meters above sea level in the valley of the mighty river Kekemeren. Here you can see an extraordinary landscape of majestic mountains surrounding the village. Accommodation and dinner in family CBT guest house in Kyzyl-Oi. Big groups will be divided to few guesthouses.
9 day, Kyzyl-Oi – Bishkek, 250 km
We proceed to natural treasure of Inner Tian-Shian, to Suusamyr valley. Suusamyr is one of the best grasslands in Kyrgyzstan. The pass attracts many alpinists, ski lovers and simply people who love fresh mountain air. Further, our road will pass through majestic Too-Ashuu pass, it lies at the altitude of 3400 m. That road connecting the north and south capitals. You could see amazing landscapes and good few to Suusamyr valley. Arrival to Bishkek. Festive dinner in ethno restaurant Supara and folk show. Accommodation in hotel 3*.
10 day, Bishkek – airport Manas, 60km
Short city tour in Bishkek and lunch. After lunch driving to airport Manas. End of service.
